    One of the core competencies at EPIC Translations is to quickly assemble teams of expert linguists needed to complete a project without compromising quality.\u00a0 In this case, there were 100 to 120 hours of recorded audio that needed to be transcribed <\/a>at 99.99% accuracy rate within 2 weeks.<\/p>\n

    To ensure successful completion of the project, EPIC Translations created a project plan<\/strong> with clear communications in regards to quality control, transcription services , deliverable, and expectations.<\/p>\n

    Once the project plan was in place, EPIC Translations assembled a team of 25 experienced and qualified transcribers<\/strong>.\u00a0 EPIC Translations made effective use of its information technology infrastructure to share audio files that were quite large in size.\u00a0 The following model was deployed for ensure accuracy expectations:<\/p>\n

    • Editor = Review and Finalize<\/li>\n
